PROGRAM LEVEL

The curriculum for B.Sc. in Physics program has been designed by qualified and experienced faculty members. The 128 Credits of the bachelor program have been designed in such a way to provide students with strong scientific and technical skills. The curriculum of the B.Sc. in Physics (single-track) has several job placement streams, the current areas of concentration are: Electronics, Photonics, Environmental and Atmospheric Physics, Astronomy and Space Science, and Computational Physics. Also, students in the B.Sc. in Physics may choose a Major-Minor degree and the current minor choices are: Electronics, Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics. The department of Physics also offer a minor in physics for students from other departments in the college of science and the college of information technology.
