PROGRAM LEVEL
The M.Sc. Program is offered and managed by the Department of Biology. It requires the completion of 33 credit hours of graduate courses, and a research project (thesis). Students can pursue either of the below 4 tracks offered to emphasize their preferences:
- Ecology and Environmental Biology
- Cell and Molecular Biology
- Marine Biology
- Microbiology and Biotechnology

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Hold professional research positions in the educational, medical, pharmaceutical or biotechnological fields, as well as other industries with biological research and development.
- Continue graduate studies in Biological Sciences.
- Hold educational or teaching positions in life sciences technology and application.
PROGRAM INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES
