The College of Science offers 6 undergraduate programs: Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Bachelor of Science Physics, and Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Data Science. The Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and Bachelor of Science in Physics programs were reviewed by the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) in 2022 and awarded “confidence”. The Bachelor of Science Biology, Bachelor of Science Mathematics, Bachelor of Science Physics programs are accredited by Agency for Study Programs in Engineering, Informatics, the Natural Sciences, and Mathematics (ASIIN) 2019-2024, whereas the Chemistry program is accredited by the Canadian Society of Chemistry (CSC) (2022-2030). In addition, the Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics and Data Science, and Actuarial Science programs were placed on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF 8). The programs undergo continuous rigorous reviews and development to ensure maximum impact on student learning.

The Associated Diploma in Science program serves as an exit qualification for all undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Science, particularly those who are struggling or wishing to leave the Bachelor of Science program. This diploma covers foundational scientific knowledge in subjects such as biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics, and statistics. It is structured to include 70/71 credit hours and incorporates key courses offered in the undergraduate programs, along with university and college requirement courses. The aim of the program is to equip students with sufficient scientific knowledge and practical skills. Admission is approved upon the request of a student currently enrolled in an undergraduate program within the College of Science. In this case, the student will be transferred to the Associate Diploma in Science in accordance with general internal transfer rules of the University of Bahrain.
