PhD in Physics, University of Lvov, Ukraine (formerly Soviet Union) Dr. Dakhel has taught at Department of Physics at both Garyounis University and Constantine University. He published more than 200 papers in international journals in addition to seven books of physics of university level. He has 35 years teaching experience and more than 40 years research experience in Solid State Physics. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Thin Films Science and Technology (IJTFST); Editorial member of Advances in Alloys and Compounds (AAC). Dr Dakhel area of expertise is in Solid State Physics, Thin Solid Films, Material Science and Characterization: Electrical, Optical, Magnetic. Transparent Conducting Oxides (TCO), Doping of Materials for the creation of new properties.
