FACULTY BIO

PhD in Renewable Energy, CREST, Loughborough University, UK Dr. Albuflasa was a Senior Gemologist at Bahrain Pearl and Gemology Laboratory and currently she is an Assistant Professor at Department of Physics, University of Bahrain. She is a member of the National Standard Committee on Renewable Energy and Energy Storage System and Bahrain Representative in GCC committee. She is an author and co-author of a number of journal and conference scientific papers. Dr. Albuflasa organized and delivered a number of workshops, talks at a national level. Her research area focuses on Renewable Energy Systems Characterization and Resource Assessment, Power System, Environmental Physics.
