الدكتورة إيمان خورشيد حاصلة على درجة الدكتوراه في الإحصاء من جامعة باث - المملكة المتحدة ، 2007 ، وشهادة مهنية في علوم البيانات من IBM - الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، 2020، وشهادة دراسات عليا في الممارسة الأكاديمية من جامعة يورك سانت جون - المملكة المتحدة، 2011. والدكتورة إيمان أستاذة مشاركة في الإحصاء وعلم البيانات في قسم الرياضيات منذ عام 2023. وهي زميل أكاديمية التعليم العالي- المملكة المتحدة. في عام 2021، أصبحت د. إيمان عضوا منتخبا في المعهد الدولي للإحصاء. وكما انتخبت مؤخرا عضوا في مجلس إدارة الجمعية الدولية للإحصاءات التجارية والصناعية (ISBIS). وهي مؤلفة للعديد من المنشورات المحكمة. مجالات خبرتها هي الإحصاء وعلم البيانات للنمذجة مع التطبيقات العملية في القطاعات المختلفة بما في ذلك قطاع الطاقة، والصحة العامة، والبيئة، والصناعة، والاقتصاد، وعلوم الفضاء. و قد نظمت و شاركت في العديد من المؤتمرات الدولية
